Refund policy

Every item in The Dr. Alicia Partee Collection is made or signed especially for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Email alicia@authentigrate.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
