How is my order made?
Every mug, hoodie, crew neck, and long sleeve tee is printed to order just for you. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Please allow a few business days for production before your order ships.
Signed copies of 30-Day Journey: A Christ-Centered Christmas are signed and shipped by Dr. Alicia Partee from Hollister, California.
Where do you ship?
Orders currently ship within the United States.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking email as soon as each part of your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Mugs, apparel, and books are made and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one type of item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Ordering for Christmas?
Order early. Because every item is made for you, giving yourself extra time is the surest way to have your gifts arrive before the holiday.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made or signed especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your size and color before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We will make it right. Email alicia@authentigrate.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you resolve it. Read the full refund policy.
How do I choose my size?
Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes or love a relaxed fit, size up.
How do I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the design. Your piece will keep its message longer.
